Maybe you’ve heard the term ‘spring clean’.
For some of you that’s exciting, because you love to get rid of the clutter, all the dirt and dust that has accumulated in places, or just redesign everything after a winter season.
For others a ‘Spring clean’ fills you with dread, because you like to hang on to all of the above and maybe can’t even see why it’s necessary.
Have you ever felt that it’s time to ‘Spring clean’ your life?
In all of us, there are things that need to go, things that need tidying and things to be organised and certainly stuff that needs to be thrown out.
At the start of a new season that is approaching us, why don’t you let some things go? Maybe it’s people that are holding you back, maybe it’s habits that are holding you down, maybe even sin that is keeping you out of the will of God for your life.
Spring is a season of new life, it may not be physically here yet, but it is around the corner.
So get ready for it, prepare for it, and get excited about all that God wants to do in your life.
Make sure that you make room for it, by getting rid of some of the winter clutter.
It will do you good!
Isaiah 43 v 19 – Behold I am doing a new thing, see I have already begun, do you not recognise it?
Here’s to all things new.
