Proverbs 3:5 (NIV) “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;”
Easier said than done, you may think. And you’d be right. We’re in a time where people are faced with a lot of fear and confusion. It can be unsettling when even those who usually have ‘the answers’ seem unsure.
I want to remind you today that it’s okay to close your eyes and let go, even if only for a few moments. For many of us, we find ourselves with the luxury of time – something that many of us complained about not having enough of. So devote some of that time to being still.
Stillness and quiet can sometimes feel daunting – especially when there’s something that we want to distract ourselves from. But it’s often in those moments where God can reveal things to us.
When you begin to feel overwhelmed, remember that nothing that is happening around you is a surprise to God. Allow Him to do something in you.
Replace your struggle with renewed trust today.
A daily devotion for a better way of living.
