By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures. (Proverbs 24 v 3-4).
Like a house, our lives are built brick by brick.
If each brick is made of wisdom, knowledge and understanding, then that house will stand the test of time, however, if that house is built out of any old stuff then you know what’s about to happen. The first time a storm comes to your life, you will collapse and have to start building all over again.
Wisdom comes in many forms; I chose to live by the wisdom of the Bible every day, but I also glean wisdom, knowledge and understanding from people that have successfully built something with their lives. Why would you trust the sayings of someone that’s never built anything?
Here are a few wise sayings that will help you build a successful life…
